Once you place your order, we’ll send over a few quick questions to gather the details we need. After that, we’ll start working on the initial design concepts. Once we’ve done the first round of revisions and nailed the direction, we’ll finalize everything and deliver your brand assets.
What are Brand Guidelines?
Brand Guidelines are a set of rules for how your brand should look and feel, covering things like your logo, fonts, and color palette. They ensure consistency and give you the flexibility to apply your brand confidently across various platforms.
Can I have the brand guide ready for print?
Absolutely! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll provide print-ready files for you
Can you design branded items like phone cases, notebooks, or calendars?
Of course! Just check the Extras section and select the “Additional item” option.
What is a Vector file?
Vector files are scalable and editable without losing quality, unlike bitmap files. They support various export types like PDF, JPG, PNG, and more.
Do you accept custom orders? Can I add something to the package?
Definitely! Just reach out to us, and we’ll create a custom offer tailored to your needs.
Can I have the source file of the brand book?
We don’t provide the brand book source files by default, but we do offer the full logo source files if included in the project. If you need the brand book source files, there’s an additional fee of $150.
Can I request more logo concepts?
Yes, we offer different packages with varying numbers of logo concepts. If you need more than what’s included, just let us know and we can arrange a custom offer.
