If the client provides an already defined 2D design, the copyrights and exploitation rights belong to the buyer. If the designer develops the concept design from scratch the copyrights belong to the designer but exploitation rights to the client

IF the concept that`s provided by the client is not fully defined or rough and resultant design exceeds what`s been initially required, the copyrights belong to both the designer and the client. Exploitation rights belongs to the client.

Every phase of develoment has it´s own revision, we move forwards with the client´s feedback. Once we´ve reached the initial requirement´s and the delivery is made, ANY change has extra cost. It´s the client´s responsability provide the right data needed to complete the order from the very start.
