About this Gig
I clean up the messy Excel or CSV list you already have so it's ready to use. Contact lists, customer lists, product lists, or any export full of duplicates and inconsistent formatting.
How it works:
- You send your file.
- I clean it and fix the formatting.
- You get a clean Excel file, ready to sort, filter, mail merge, or import.
Pick the package that fits your file:
- Starter: One sheet, up to 500 rows. Exact duplicates removed, extra spaces and ALL CAPS fixed, dates and phone numbers in one format.
- Standard: Up to 2,000 rows. Everything in Starter, plus duplicates matched by email or phone and merged, names and addresses split into columns, and a log of every change.
- Advanced: Up to 5 files merged into one list, up to 10,000 rows total, with a before and after report showing rows in, rows out, and what was fixed.
Bigger file or another file to merge? Add it as an extra.

FAQ
Will I lose any data?
No. Your original file stays untouched, and removed duplicates are kept on their own tab. With Standard and Advanced, a log shows every change and every merged record.
What is a row?
One record in your list, such as one contact or one product, counted in the file you send before cleanup.
Can you match my CRM's import format?
Yes. Upload a sample import file or template with your requirements and I'll match the column names and order.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one round of changes to your clean file, such as a different date format, a different duplicate rule, or renamed columns. Starter includes 1, Standard and Advanced include 2. Extra revisions are $40 each.
