I need a clear description of your current manual process, access to your n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted), and the API keys/credentials for the tools or apps you want to connect (e.g., OpenAI, Google Sheets, CRM).
Can you build a custom n8n AI agent trained on my own documents?

Do I need a self-hosted n8n server or n8n Cloud?
