What do you need to start?
Your logo, brand colors, headshot, bio, service areas, and 2-3 websites you like. No content yet? I'll write placeholder text you can edit later.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
I'll recommend the best hosting for your budget (SiteGround or Hostinger) and set up everything for you: domain connection, SSL, email, and backups.
What platform do you use to build the website?
All sites are built on WordPress with a modern page builder(Elementor), so you can easily edit text, photos and listings without coding after delivery.
I need custom website, how can I place the order?
Please place an order on PREMIUM PACKAGE or contact me then I will send you a custom quote.
Will I be able to add or update property listings myself?
Yes. With the custom listing system (ACF) or IDX dashboard, you’ll be able to add, edit or remove properties, and I’ll provide a short video/walkthrough showing exactly how to manage them.
Will my website help me get leads?
Yes. Every site includes lead forms and clear call-to-action buttons. Standard and Premium also include home valuation forms, CRM/email integration, and local SEO setup for your area.
Which IDX/MLS providers do you work with?
IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, iHomefinder, Realtyna, and most others with a WordPress plugin or embed code. You'll need an active IDX account with your MLS approval. I handle the full setup and design.
Are you manage my website SEO, Maintenance by a monthly plan?
Yes, I provide a monthly website management plan. It'll help you to make your website smooth and secure, also it'll help to rank your website on google by different keywords. I also provide monthly new property/project listing upload support in this plan. You need to contact me for this plan.
