Q: What file formats will I receive?
You'll get print-ready PDF files, plus PNG and JPEG for digital use. Standard and Premium packages also include editable source files (AI/PSD) and vector logo files (AI/EPS). Premium includes vector dieline files for printers
What's a dieline, and do I need one?
A dieline is the technical template showing where your packaging gets cut and folded — printers require it to produce your packaging correctly. It's included in the Premium package. If you're not sure whether you need one, message me your product type and I'll advise.
Can I request revisions if I don't like the first design?
Yes. Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard and Premium include 3. I'll work with you until the design matches your vision within the package's revision limit.
Do you design packaging for specific product types (bottles, boxes, pouches, etc.)?
Yes, I design for boxes, bottles, pouches, and wrapper-style packaging. Let me know your product type before ordering so I can confirm I'm the right fit.
What information do you need from me to get started?
