About this gig
Wasting hours on manual tasks that should run themselves?
Lead follow-ups, data entry, notifications, reporting, onboarding all of it can run on autopilot. As an automation expert, I build smart systems with Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI agents that do the busywork for you.
I set up and connect the tools you already use into one reliable, automated workflow no coding needed on your end.
What I can build for you:
- Zapier automations to connect your apps and trigger actions instantly
- Make (Integromat) scenarios for complex, multi-step workflows
- n8n workflows for advanced, self-hosted, or custom automation
- AI agents that handle replies, research, lead handling, and decisions
- Auto-updated reports, CRM updates, and notifications
You also get clean setup, full testing, error handling, and a short walkthrough so everything runs without you.
I build one connected system, not random disconnected automations Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI agents working together.
Message me before ordering so I can map your workflow and recommend the right package.

FAQ
Can you build custom AI agents for my business workflows?
Yes! I can build AI agents that handle customer support, lead follow-up, data entry, task automation, and more. Whether it’s connected through n8n or Zapier, I’ll design intelligent agents that work with your apps to save time and increase efficiency.
What can you automate with n8n API integration?
Almost anything. With n8n API integration, I can connect your CRM, email marketing tools, Shopify, Google Sheets, and any app with an API. I’ll create workflows that automatically move data, trigger notifications, and execute tasks without manual effort.
Can you fix my existing Zapier workflow or rebuild it from scratch?
Absolutely. I’ll diagnose the problem, fix the errors, and rebuild your Zapier automation for reliability and speed. If your Zaps are outdated or inconsistent, I’ll optimize them to run smoothly and scale with your business.
What is an AI agent and do I need one?
An AI agent can read, decide, and respond automatically — handling things like replying to leads, summarizing data, or routing requests. It's optional but powerful when your workflow needs judgment, not just simple triggers.
I’m not technical — will you help me understand my automations after setup?
Definitely. I provide a simple breakdown or video walkthrough explaining how your AI agent, n8n workflow, or Zapier automation works. You’ll fully understand your system, so you can manage it confidently or request upgrades anytime.
Do I need a paid plan on these tools?
Multi-step automations usually require a paid plan, billed by each platform directly — it's not included in the gig price. I'll advise on the cheapest plan that covers your volume.
