I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 15 years of experience in product development, injection molding, and tooling. I specialize in plastic part modeling, mold flow analysis, and detailed 2D documentation using Creo Parametric.
Your project will be developed with a focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) optimizing wall thickness, radius, draft angles, ribs, undercuts, and gate locations for efficient molding and high-quality production.
Using Creo Simulate, I perform mold flow studies to evaluate filling, cooling, and warpage before tooling. I can also prepare a basic mold layout, including core, cavity, and slider configurations, ensuring readiness for manufacturing.
