I will build a production ready n8n automation with error handling and docs

About this gig
Most automations break the first time real data hits them. I build the kind that don't.
I'm an AI and analytics engineer, five years across American Express, Flipkart, Paytm and Walmart, now running Sartium. I've built LLM pipelines that flagged 100,000+ counterfeit listings and reporting systems that cut manual analysis by 60%.
WHAT YOU GET
A working n8n workflow built around YOUR process, not a template.
Error handling and retries, so it fails loudly instead of silently.
Integrations: OpenAI, Google, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, webhooks, any REST API.
A Loom walkthrough plus written docs, so your team can run and edit it.
Deployed on your n8n instance, or I'll set one up.
COMMON BUILDS
Lead routing and CRM sync, AI content pipelines, invoice and email parsing, report generation, data collection and enrichment, alerting and monitoring.
HOW TO START
Message me with the process you run manually today, the tools it touches, and what "done" looks like. I'll reply with the fastest practical path to a working first version.
Not sure your process can be automated? Ask me, and I'll tell you honestly, before you order.

FAQ
Do I need my own n8n account?
No. You can host n8n yourself, or I can build it on my instance and hand over the exported workflow JSON, which you import into your own account whenever you're ready. Either way you own the work, and nothing is locked to me.
What happens when the automation breaks?
It should not fail silently. Every build includes error handling, retry logic and a failure notification to Slack or email, so you find out before your customer does. Bugs in what I built are fixed free within the revision window.
What if I use Zapier or Make instead of n8n?
That is fine, and often the right call for simpler processes. I build in all three. Tell me what you already pay for and what the process does, and I will tell you which is the cheaper long-term fit. Sometimes that is Zapier, and I will say so.
