Can you design a BMS for my battery pack if I provide the voltage and number of cells?
Those details are a useful starting point, but they aren't enough on their own. I'll also need the battery chemistry, charge and discharge current, balancing requirements, protection functions, and operating conditions before confirming the scope.
Can you design a power supply or voltage regulator PCB from an existing schematic?
Yes, provided the circuit and requirements are within the agreed scope. Please share the schematic, input and output specifications, expected current, component details, and board constraints so I can assess the work.
Q3. Will my BMS PCB be safe and ready for production when you deliver it?
Delivery of design files alone cannot establish safety or production readiness. The design needs appropriate engineering review, component verification, and testing against its requirements. Certification and hardware validation are not automatically included.
Can you redesign my existing power board to make it smaller or handle more current?
I can assess the existing design and the requested changes. Increasing current capacity or reducing board size may require changes to copper thickness, trace widths, thermal management, components, connectors, and other design constraints. I'll confirm feasibility before quoting.
