FAQ
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. We build the template with free Canva elements, so it works on a free account. You get a link that copies the template into your own Canva account.
Why do I get a Canva template and print files?
The print files go to your printer. The Canva template lets you change dates, prices and offers yourself later, without ordering a new design.
Do you use AI?
Only for background images and illustrations when you don't have photos. A designer does the layout, fonts and text and checks every image. Tell us if you'd rather we use no AI.
What sizes do you design?
Any print size: US Letter, A4, A5, DL or custom. Tell us your printer's bleed. Social versions are 1080×1350 for posts and 1080×1920 for stories.
Do you write the text?
Send your text and we'll lay it out. If you need a headline and offer written for you, add the copywriting extra.
Can you print the flyers?
No. We deliver print-ready files you can send to any local or online printer.
What counts as a revision?
One round of combined changes to the delivered design, such as text, colors, images or layout. A completely new design after you approve the first one counts as a new order.
