I will create a dynamic mortgage amortization repayment schedule

The Dynamic Mortgage Amortization Repayment schedule has the following features:

1 - It allows for variable monthly payments or no monthly payments at all.

2 - Principal, interest and unpaid interest are automatically adjusted based on 1 above.

Please note:

** All the payments in the "Actual Payments" column (which are the same as the amounts as the scheduled payments) are there simply to prove that the formulations are working accurately.

** On acquisition of this loan repayment schedule, kindly delete all the amounts in the "Actual Payments" column, then input what your actual monthly payments are.

** If no payment is made for a particular month, leave that cell blank.
