About this gig
If you or your team still type invoice details into a spreadsheet, I can automate that.
Send me 10 to 20 sample documents and tell me which fields you need (vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, totals). I build a Python pipeline that reads PDFs, scans and phone photos and writes the results to Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, QuickBooks or Xero.
The pipeline checks its own output. It confirms that line items add up to the total, catches impossible dates and duplicate invoice numbers, and marks any field it isn't sure about so a person can look at it.
Before you rely on it, I run it on your samples and send you an accuracy report for each field. You keep the tool and can run it every month.

FAQ
Which documents can you work with?
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, bank and card statements and most other business forms. Digital PDFs, scans and phone photos all work.
How accurate will it be?
That depends on the quality of your documents, so every order starts with a field by field accuracy report on your own samples. Fields the pipeline isn't sure about are flagged for review.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are only used for your project, and I delete them after delivery if you ask. The Premium package can run entirely on your own computer or cloud account.
Will I pay for AI tools on top?
Some setups use an AI API that charges a small amount per document on your own account. I'll estimate the monthly cost before I build anything.
Can it send data to my accounting software?
Premium connects to QuickBooks, Xero or Google Sheets. If you use something else, message me and I'll check.
