How long does it take for the Supplaybox team to fulfill your order?
We offer several different packages. The project deadline is determined by the terms of the package the client selects. However, we ensure that the client receives a draft sketch within 1–2 days to confirm that the project is aligned with the client’s needs.
What if I'm not sure yet about the design I want?
Contact us first, and our team will guide you through a discussion to help you achieve the design you want. We’ll explore your needs, suggest suitable references, and help you choose the package that best fits your design requirements. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always open to discussing.
Do I own the copyright to the design I purchased?
Yes! We do not charge any additional fees for completed designs intended for commercial use. And we guarantee that our work is 100% original. However, for fonts provided by the client, we are not responsible for their commercial use. We always use universally licensed fonts.
What is a source file?
A source file is the raw file of the software we use. It contains data that can be edited.
What should you prepare before working with the Supplybox team?
If you already have a complete brief, that would be a huge help to us! We only accept PDF and JPEG files. However, if you don’t have a brief yet, just contact us first—we’ll ask you some questions and guide you on what information our team needs.
How many revisions will I get?
The revisions our clients receive are divided into two phases: 3 major revisions during the sketching phase and 3 minor revisions during the finishing process. So, make sure the sketch is final and matches your expectations before moving on to the finishing process.
Can I make more than three revisions?
Yes, but those are only minor revisions, such as changing dates or text, or adjusting the color of simple objects. If it’s a major revision, such as changing the shape, there will be an additional fee once the project is finalized, as it will take a considerable amount of time due to the complexity
What if I don't like the results?
Please let us know all the details about why you don’t like the design. We’ll do our best to make improvements based on your feedback. If it still isn’t to your liking, we guarantee a refund.
