What should I send before ordering?
Send your use case, required features, Windows version, sample workflows and preferred AI provider. Message me first so we can agree on scope and choose the right package.
Are AI API fees and hosting included?
No. API usage, hosting, paid tools and subscriptions are paid by you directly. I can help configure your own provider account. Never send passwords or secret API keys in public gig requirements.
Can the assistant work offline?
A compatible local model can be configured when agreed in scope. Offline speed and quality depend on your RAM, processor, GPU and model. Online services and external integrations still need internet.
Will I receive source code and a Windows app?
Yes. Each package includes project source code and setup instructions. Windows executable packaging is provided for the agreed target environment. macOS, Android and other platforms require a separate scope.
Can you add voice, document Q&A or automation?
Yes, based on the selected package and agreed scope. Standard includes voice and two agreed actions; Premium adds document Q&A and up to three integrations. Third-party API access and service limitations apply.
What is covered by revisions?
Revisions refine the features agreed before ordering. New integrations, platforms, major redesigns or additional features are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance can be discussed as a separate service.
