What is the "Reality Check" in the Basic package?
Before building, we must separate facts from feelings. I map your "Leap of Faith" assumptions and assess market signals. You receive a Lean Canvas and a risk assessment with a professional "Pivot, Perish, or Persevere" verdict to ensure the business model is viable.
What is the "Hypothesis Backlog" in the Standard package?
Instead of a feature list based on guesses, I create a prioritized list of experiments. We define what needs to be tested (Value, Usability) and I select the best method (e.g., Concierge, Landing Page) to prove customers care before you invest in engineering.
What is a "Wizard of Oz" or "Concierge" plan?
Included in Premium, these are strategies to manually deliver value to customers without building software yet. This validates the "Value Risk" efficiently. I provide the operational plan to execute this, saving you from coding features that users might not want.
Does the Premium package include the MVP features?
Yes. Once we define the validation strategy, I provide a prioritized MVP Scope in User Story Mapping format. This ensures that when you do start building, you are focusing only on the "Must-Haves" that mitigate the 4 Big Risks (Value, Usability, Viability, Feasibility)
Do you provide the actual design or code?
I primarily provide Strategy & Validation blueprints (Roadmaps, Backlogs) to lead your team. However, if you need the build, I can also create the solution using No-Code or AI-assisted tools. My main goal is ensuring you validate and build the right product.
