️ Please message me BEFORE placing an order. Every dashboard is different a 15-min chat helps me give you an accurate quote. Ordering directly often leads to re-scoping.
Your BI dashboards used to load in 2s. Now they take 30. Stakeholders stopped opening them. I fix that.
I'm a Data & AI Automation Consultant. 4+ yrs shipping production data for EdTech 30+ dashboards at my last role, 80% faster load times after schema redesign + query optimization.
What I deliver:
- Query audit: EXPLAIN ANALYZE per slow query, root-cause doc (scans, missing indexes, bad joins, CTE, N+1)
- Rewritten SQL with benchmarks (before vs after, ms)
- Index recommendations + migration scripts (safe, reversible)
- Schema suggestions when the data model is the bottleneck
- Dashboard rebuild on Metabase, Power BI, or Redash
Tiers:
- Basic: Audit 5 queries, recommendations doc. No code.
- Standard: Audit + optimize 10 queries, rewritten SQL + indexes, tested locally.
- Premium: 30 queries + schema redesign + before/after benchmark, source code.
Tools: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase, AWS RDS, Metabase, Power BI, Redash, Python.
Message me first so we can scope it properly.

FAQ
Do I need to give you database write access?
No. Read-only access is sufficient for the audit. For Standard and Premium I send you migration scripts that you run yourself, so you stay in control of every change.
What databases do you work with?
PostgreSQL is my primary, plus MySQL, MongoDB aggregations, Supabase, and AWS RDS. For BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift please message first; I can help with more lead time.
How do you measure the 80 percent faster claim?
I run EXPLAIN ANALYZE on each query before and after, then send a side-by-side table with actual milliseconds. If a specific query cannot hit the target I tell you why and suggest next steps (schema change, caching layer, etc.).
