Do you have experience with manufacturing businesses specifically?
Yes — I work inside my family's fabrication business, handling RFQs and all documentation for a terminal box line supplying international companies. I understand this industry from the inside, not just as a web developer.
What exactly does the "automation" do?
Every website comes with one automation built in, for example; WhatsApp auto-responder: When someone messages your business WhatsApp number, they instantly get a reply confirming you've received their inquiry, with basic info, so you never lose a lead to slow response time, even if you're busy.
Do I need to provide content, photos, and product details?
Yes — you provide product info/photos, or I can work from what's on your existing brochure/catalog.
Will I own the website after delivery?
Yes — full ownership, hosting and domain in your name (or set up for you if you don't have one).
How long does delivery take?
Likely 5–7 days for the base package.
Can the automation work with regular WhatsApp or does it need WhatsApp Business API?
True auto-replies (a bot that responds instantly, 24/7, without you touching your phone) require WhatsApp Business API, not the regular WhatsApp Business app. The API needs a paid provider, business verification, and a small monthly fee — this is a real cost and setup step, not something built once.
What if I want more automation later (RFQ tools, inventory alerts)?
Yes — the base package includes one automation seed to prove the concept. Once you're using the site and have a feel for where your inquiries are coming from, we build the full automation suite as a separate paid upgrade.
Do you offer revisions?
1 round of revisions is included with the base package — covers content changes, layout tweaks, and adjustments to the automation flow. Additional rounds are available on request.
Is there ongoing support after delivery?
14 days of bug-fix support included after delivery — if something breaks (site error, automation not firing correctly), I fix it at no extra cost. This doesn't cover new features or content changes; that's a separate request.
