Do I need to give you my password?
No. I only need access to your DNS provider, or you can share your screen in a remote session. You can add me as a temporary user and remove my access as soon as we finish.
Why are my emails going to spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing or wrong, so receiving servers cannot verify that you are the real sender. Fixing these records is the most important step to land in the inbox.
Which email and DNS providers do you work with?
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GoDaddy, Zoho and cPanel email, with DNS hosted on Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger and most other providers.
How long until I see results?
DNS changes usually take effect within a few hours (up to 48 hours). I verify every record and run delivery tests before delivering, and send you a before/after report.
Can you remove my domain from a blacklist?
In the Standard and Premium packages I check your domain and IP against the main blacklists, fix the cause and handle or guide you through the delisting requests when needed.
