What is a “lightweight PMO”?
A simple project framework for small and mid-sized businesses: one common way to start, plan, track, and close projects, including basic templates and reporting—without bureaucracy.
Do you manage our projects for us?
No. I set up the PMO framework and templates and guide you how to use them. Day-to-day project management and delivery are not included (can be discussed separately).
In which formats are the templates delivered? Do you set up project management tools?
Templates are delivered in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or MS Project, depending on your needs. No configuration or setup of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp) is included. The focus is on reusable templates and a lightweight PMO framework.
What’s the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic $99: ~1h, 30-min call + analysis, 1-page next steps, up to 2 templates. Standard $299: ~3h, workshop + setup, reporting, up to 3 templates, 2–3 page guide. Premium $599: ~6h, 2 sessions, up to 7 templates, 30-day rollout, limited async support + PM handbook (up to 25 pages).

Yes. You will receive core PMO templates tailored to your needs and project approach (traditional, hybrid, or agile). Template scope / qty depends on the package.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of your business, approximate number of projects, team size/roles, current tools, and your main pain points. If available, share a sample status report or project list.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes - via add-ons or a custom retainer (e.g., monthly check-ins, portfolio review, or reporting support), depending on your needs.
