I will use Apollo as a prospecting tool to create sequences with multiple steps including cold emails, cold calls, follow-up emails, follow-up calls and probably linkedin messages. I will create lists with different email message for each target market. I am suggesting Apollo as its an AI tool and beacuse it has direct emails and mobile numbers.

Warm and hot leads can be recorded and used in a CRM or even in google sheets but its best to use a CRM.

Sales is a numbers game and I can easily manage to set-up appointments by making maximum calls. I can work in US/Canada or New Zealand/Australian time zones.
