What do you need from me to get started?
I will need a clear description of the process you want to automate. Once we agree on the scope, I will need access to the relevant platforms (API Keys, login credentials, or team invites) to connect your tools
What happens if the automation breaks after delivery?
I build robust workflows with error handling to prevent breakage. However, APIs can change. I provide a warranty period (depending on your package) where I will fix any bugs related to my code for free. For long-term maintenance, we can discuss a support retainer
Can you build an AI Voice Agent that handles phone calls?
Yes, this is included in my Premium Package. I integrate Vapi.ai with your telephony provider (like Twilio) and your CRM. The agent can answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments in real-time.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. I adhere to strict privacy standards. I only use your credentials to set up the automation. Once the delivery is complete, I recommend you rotate your API keys or remove my access to ensure full security.
Why do you prefer n8n over Zapier or Make?
n8n allows for much more complex logic, better handling of data, and is significantly cheaper at scale. While Zapier charges per "task," n8n (especially self-hosted) allows for high-volume automation without the massive monthly bill. However, I can still work with Make or Zapier if you prefer.
Do I need to pa y for the software tools (OpenAI, Vapi, n8n) separately?
Yes. My fee covers the development and setup of the workflow. You are responsible for the subscription costs of the tools (n8n cloud or hosting) and any API usage fees (OpenAI tokens, Vapi minutes, Twilio credits). I will help you set these accounts up if needed.
