I don’t see any reviews yet. Why should I trust you with my numbers?
Fair question. I’m new to Fiverr, so you get my full attention and fair pricing while I build my track record. My experience is real: 4+ years of bookkeeping and reporting at a national postal network. It’s just not in a rating yet.
Do you need my passwords?
Never. After you order, I send steps to invite me as an accountant user. You can remove my access anytime.
Do I need to buy QuickBooks first?
Yes, directly from Intuit. Message me your business type and I’ll tell you which plan fits.
What do I send you, and which file formats work?
Your business details, the bank accounts to connect, and any customer, vendor or balance lists as Excel or CSV. The order questions guide you.
Can you handle more accounts than my package includes?
Yes. Add the extra bank or card feed option for each one, or message me for a custom offer.
Does this include my past transactions?
No. Setup builds the structure, feeds, lists and opening balances. Cleaning up past transactions is my QuickBooks clean up gig.
What if my records are incomplete?
I set up what you give me and list what’s missing. I never invent numbers. Send the rest later and I’ll add it (small extras may apply).
Do you offer revisions after delivery?
Yes. If something I set up doesn’t work as described, I fix it free for 7 days after delivery.
Can you do taxes, payroll or sales tax?
Not included. I set up clean books so your tax preparer gets organized records.
Can you move my books from Xero, Wave or Excel?
Yes, in the Premium package, using your export files. Message me first so I can confirm the right package.
