Yes the trainers can upload free as well as paid videos. Access is given to them to choose their type of videos

Whenever a trainer adds new workout for the day/diet for the day. The user/subscriber is immediately alerted.

Yes, trainers are provided with a panel from where they can add general as well as personalized plans.
