FAQ
Is a voiceover included?
Yes, on every package, along with the script. Captions are included too, so the video still works with the sound off, which is how most product video actually gets watched. If you would rather have captions only, just say so.
Do you need access to my product?
Usually not. Screenshots or a public URL are enough, and I never need repo or admin access. If your best screens sit behind a paywall, a demo or sandbox account gets you a sharper result. Please never send a live account with real customer data.
Why not just screen-record it?
Screen recordings pick up cursor jitter, stray notifications and compression blur, especially on text. Rebuilding the interface gives clean, sharp frames that look exactly like your product, and you don't have to record or send any footage. Just a link, or screenshots if it's behind a login.
Can you write the script?
Yes, on every package. You approve the script and shot list before anything is built, so there are no surprises at delivery. Send me your product and what you want viewers to take away, and I will handle the writing.
What if I don't like it?
Every package includes revisions, and the script-approval step catches most disagreements before the video exists. In scope: timing, wording, colours, which screens are shown, pacing, captions, music. A different product or a new script direction is a new order.
What do I actually receive?
An MP4 at 1080p. Standard adds 2 still frames. Premium adds square and vertical cuts plus 5 stills. Everything arrives ready to upload, with no watermark.
Is the voiceover AI or a human?
It is a high-quality synthetic voice. It sounds natural, and it keeps revisions fast: a wording change is a re-render, not a re-recording session. If you need a specific human voice actor, message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.
