Can you work long term?
Yes. After a first order I can send a custom offer for a weekly or monthly block of hours, so you keep the same assistant long term.
How is this different from a general virtual assistant?
I focus on startups and apps. Besides admin, I handle user support, app testing, and coordination with your developer, because I've done that work for a launched app.
Is my business information confidential?
Yes. I never share client data, and I only use the access you give me for your tasks. I prefer role-based invites over passwords wherever the tool supports them.
How do you track hours?
I log time per task and send a summary of what was done with each delivery. Hours are used within the delivery period of your package, so tell me your priorities up front.
Which time zones do you work in?
