FAQ
Will I get the source code?
Yes, in every package including Basic. A repository, readable structure, comments where the logic is not obvious. No black boxes, and no licence that ties you to me.
Which package do I need?
Basic if the bot only talks to people: commands, menus, replies. Standard if it has to remember anything - users, orders, settings. Premium if it needs its own screen inside Telegram and takes payments. Not sure? Message me with what it should do.
Do I need my own server?
No. I can deploy on mine and hand you the keys, or set it up on yours - a small VPS is enough. Either way the bot runs under a process manager and comes back up by itself after a reboot.
Can the bot accept payments?
Yes: TON Connect, Telegram Stars, or a payment provider through the Bot API. Which one fits depends on your audience and what you sell. I will tell you the trade-offs before you order, not after.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of what the bot should do, in your own words. Plus a bot token from @BotFather - I will walk you through getting it if you have not done that before. Nothing else on day one.
Can you finish or fix a bot someone else started?
Often yes. Send me the code first. If it is in a state where rewriting is cheaper than repairing, I will say so instead of charging you for both.
What happens after delivery?
Revisions are included in every package. After that, changes go as a new order. Bugs in what I built are fixed free - that is not an extra service, that is the work not being finished.
