My site is completely down. How fast can you start?
Message me. If I am online I will usually look at it within the hour. Emergencies are what this gig exists for.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you before you order. I diagnose first and quote second. I do not take orders I cannot complete.
Will I lose my content or design?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything. If a fix causes a problem, we restore.
My site is hacked and showing a Google warning. Can you help?
Yes. Malware removal is included in Standard and Premium. Send me the URL and I will tell you what I am seeing.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin, and hosting or cPanel access. If you are locked out entirely, hosting access alone is usually enough for me to get back in.
Can you stop it happening again?
The Premium package includes security hardening: updates, permissions, login protection, and removal of the vulnerabilities that let it in.
