I build AI systems that answer questions from your own documents and cite the source for every answer.
Most of my recent work is clinical: a Graph RAG clinical chatbot, a Neo4j medical assistant, an on-premise medical RAG system and a clinical voice assistant. I have also trained a small language model from scratch.
Where data cannot leave your network, I deploy on-premise, so nothing reaches me or a third-party API.
I also build desktop software in C# and .NET, Python backends and dashboards.
These are document tools, not medical devices. Clinical use requires human review.
