No you don't, but I can help you to choose fro available domains and hosting proivders.
What are required to get started?
You need to provide your hosting panel's access, logo, video, images, content and anything else that you want to show on your site. If you have any of those in work in progress then we can still carry forward.
I need some specific feature, can you do that?
Please message me so we can discuss about the functions you need and can decide the best route.
What if I am not satisfied with the website?
I will use the theme and follow the instructions you provide. Still if you are not satisfied with the outcode then I will give full refund.
Will I be able to edit the site in the future
Yes, you certainly will. If you need help with that then I can help you with guidance/tutorial
