My process is complicated. Which package should I choose?
Message me first with a short description of your process. I'll recommend the right package or send a custom offer, so you don't overpay or underbuy.
Do I need Microsoft 365 licenses?
Yes. Your Microsoft 365 plan must include Power Automate and SharePoint. Licenses are not included in my price. If you're unsure what your plan covers, message me before ordering.
Can you work inside my Microsoft 365 account?
Yes, using access you grant for the project. I'll confirm the safest way to do this before starting. Please never share passwords in chat.
Can you build a proposal review and scoring workflow?
Yes. I can build submission forms, reviewer assignment, scoring in SharePoint and approval routing for grants, bids or applications. I build the system. I don't evaluate the proposals themselves.
Do you build Power Apps, Power BI dashboards or custom code?
No. This gig covers Microsoft Forms, SharePoint and Power Automate workflows only. Power Apps, Power BI, custom software and large data migrations are outside the scope.
Will my team know how to use the system?
Standard includes a basic SOP, and Premium includes a detailed SOP plus a training session. You can add either to Basic as an extra.
