commercial rights are if you plan on using it in content that will bring you income, such as a monetized video/audiobook, etc. whereas broadcast rights are separate and are specifically for if you plan on having the content broadcasted as well on a marketable service such (radio, livestream, etc.)
can you voice call/do live work?
at the moment, i am not comfortable with this. thank you for understanding.
