Can you fix an automation you didn't build?
Yes. Most of my work is fixing or stabilizing automations built by someone else.
What if I don't know exactly what's broken — I just know something isn't working right?
That’s fine. I’ll diagnose the automation and explain what’s failing and why.
Can you build new Zaps as well as fix existing ones?
This gig is specifically focused on troubleshooting and fixing existing automations. If you need new Zaps built from scratch, message me and we can discuss a custom order.
Do you rebuild automations from scratch?
If rebuilding is the best option, I’ll explain it first before making changes.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to the platform, a brief description of what it should do, and the issue you’re seeing.
Do you offer ongoing support and monitoring?
Yes. 30-day monitoring with failure alerts and disruption detection is available as an add-on for any tier. You can add it at checkout or message me to discuss a custom arrangement.
Why should I hire you instead of just contacting Zapier support?
Zapier support will tell you whether the platform is working. They won't dig into your specific setup, figure out why your particular workflow is failing, or fix it for you. That's what this service is for.
What if the problem comes back after you fix it?
For Basic and Standard orders I include a 3-day support window after delivery. If the same issue reoccurs within that window I'll take another look at no extra charge. The Pro tier also covers you for 5 days — or you can add the 30-Day Monitoring extra for full coverage.
What if the issue is outside Zapier?
I will identify the root cause and advise if the issue originates in a connected platform.
What e-commerce platforms do you work with?
