Can we work together every month?
Yes. After an initial order, we can agree on recurring tasks and a monthly hour budget. Each order has a defined scope and deadline.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide your task list, relevant files, instructions and desired outcome. For CRM tasks, we will agree on suitable access. Please do not send passwords in messages.
How many records can you process?
This depends on data quality and task complexity. Packages include working hours rather than a guaranteed number of records. I can review a sample before you order.
What does one revision include?
One revision covers adjustments to the original instructions. New tasks or an expanded scope require a separate offer. Errors in my own work are corrected without an additional charge.
Do you offer phone support, bookkeeping or tax advice?
No. My service focuses on written, remote back office support, spreadsheets, customer records and order updates. Calls, cold calling, bookkeeping and tax advice are not included.
