What types of documents can you process?
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes and most structured forms, in PDF or as photos (scans and phone pictures work). Send me a sample before ordering so I can confirm.
What if a document is handwritten or blurry?
Clear printed documents give the best results. Handwritten or very blurry documents may not be extracted reliably: I always test your samples first and tell you honestly what is possible.
Will my documents stay confidential?
Yes. Your documents are used only to complete your order and are not shared or reused. I can delete them after delivery on request.
Do I need technical skills to use the tool?
No. You get either a ready-to-use Excel file, or a simple tool with a short guide. If you choose the web app, you just upload your documents and download the Excel file.
Can you extract custom fields specific to my business?
Yes. Tell me which fields you need (for example project code, client reference or payment terms) and I will include them in the extraction.
