Is there any kind of refund?
No. Once the transaction has been completed, there are no refunds.
Can I change the flat foot of your drawings to customize it?
Yes. I offer a free template, but you can share yours with me, or I can develop one for an additional fee.
Can I pay after you deliver my drawings / CAD models?
No. Payment must be made in advance in order to begin any work.
What if the BOM you offer me does not fit or work for my project?
The BOM provided is only a suggestion. It is the responsibility of the technical staff to review and approve it. If you want a BOM that is perfectly suited to your project, check out other GIGS packages on my profile.
In what CAD format will you deliver my 3D models?
I usually deliver them in native formats (STEP, IGES, etc.). If you need a specific format, please contact me beforehand.
In what format would you deliver my business plan?
Usually in CANVA, but if you have or want another one, we can review it.
