When do you offer services?
Contact us for availability, but as a rule of thumb, Saturdays are usually when this service is offered, as those providing the course are full-time developers M-F. If a weekday is available, we will be glad to accommodate you. We do not under any circumstances offer this service on Sunday.
Will you help make changes to my website that my chosen theme doesn't support?
Not under this gig, no. However, we do have development and customization services available. Send us a message to discuss.
What if what I want to know about WordPress isn't covered in your packages?
We understand there's not a one size fits all. Send us a message and we will send a custom gig based on what you want to know.
Do you help setup WordPress on my web hosting?
We can help with that. While it's not covered under our packages, we can send a custom gig to teach you how to setup WordPress on your web hosting. Don't have web hosting? We offer domain registration and web hosting services at a very affordable cost.
What theme do you recommend I use?
We always recommend using Hello Elementor, and then using the Elementor plugin (and Elementor Pro for the full range of features). This keeps your website lightweight, reduces the amount of plugins you need, and gives you full flexibility in design. This is for a more advanced user, though.
Will you tell me if I should or shouldn't choose a particular theme?
Yes, we will provide advice on what to avoid under our Basic plan. However, themes that come with everything under the kitchen sink and tons of plugins should be avoided.
Will you teach me how to make my WordPress website faster?
Not under this gig, no. However, we offer website performance services and we'll do it for you. You're free to see how we did it once it's been done.
