Are there monthly fees for the chatbot?
My setup fee is one time. The bot runs on the platform's plan, most have generous free tiers for small businesses. If your traffic grows large, you may need a small paid plan directly with the platform. I will tell you upfront.
Will the bot give wrong answers about my business?
The bot answers only from the content you approve during training. I test conversations with you before launch, and Premium includes 30 days of tuning to catch edge cases.
