I will build and document n8n automation workflows for your business

About this gig
Most businesses run on manual work that should not be manual. Repetitive tasks, data entry, report generation, notification sending these can be automated and running within days.
I build automation workflows using n8n and Make.com that connect your existing apps and eliminate the manual steps in between. No new software required.
10 years inside Singapore government agencies building operational systems automated reporting, RPA workflows, and cross-agency data pipelines. I now apply that same approach to SME operations.
Every workflow I deliver includes error handling so it does not break silently, and documentation so your team knows what was built and how it works. Most automation freelancers skip the documentation. I do not.
Common use cases: lead capture to CRM, form to email delivery, invoice triggers, onboarding sequences, reporting automation.
If your team is doing the same task manually every week, that is the problem I solve.

FAQ
Do I need technical knowledge to use the automation after it is built?
No. Every workflow comes with documentation explaining what it does and how to manage it. If something needs adjusting, the documentation tells you where to look. You do not need to touch the code.
Which tools can you connect?
Most common business tools — Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Typeform, Tally, WhatsApp Business, CRMs, and most platforms with an API or webhook. Message me with your stack before ordering if you are unsure.
What if the workflow breaks after delivery?
Workflows built on the Standard and Premium tiers include error handling that alerts you when something fails rather than breaking silently. If the issue is within the original scope, I will fix it. Message me and we resolve it.
n8n or Make.com — which should I use?
I recommend n8n for most SME use cases. It is self-hostable, has no task limits on the self-hosted plan, and is more cost-effective at scale. Make.com works well if you prefer a fully managed cloud setup. I will recommend the right tool once I understand your workflow.
