A charity is required to submit annual reports to the regulator (ie. ACNC). Charities that are considered 'medium' or 'large' by revenue (over 500k revenue) must also submit a financial report with minimum financial statements included. Because these financial statements are required to be prepared under an accounting framework and meet Australian Accounting Standards, these statements are prepared by accountants on behalf of the entity. I will prepare these financial statements using your charity's management accounts (eg Xero, MYOB, etc.) for submission to ACNC.
