Basic covers up to 1 hour of diagnosis and next steps, not a guaranteed repair. Standard covers one agreed issue for up to 3 users and 2 hours. Premium covers agreed administration for up to 5 users in one existing tenant and 4 hours.
Migrations, data recovery, security incidents and ongoing support require separate assessment. Licences and third-party fees are excluded. Revisions cover the original agreed deliverables.

Basic delivers diagnosis and next steps. Implementation packages require a feasible agreed scope. Vendor defects or outages may require escalation.
Do you need my password?
Do not send passwords in messages. We agree authorized temporary access or an approved attended session.
Can you migrate email?
Migration is excluded from these packages and requires a separate assessment.
