Do you need admin access to my WordPress site?
Yes, I'll need WordPress admin credentials and ideally FTP/hosting access for more complex fixes. All access is kept strictly confidential and I recommend changing passwords after the project is complete.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I always review the issue before you place an order. If I'm not confident I can solve it, I'll tell you upfront. If something unexpected comes up during the fix, I'll communicate it immediately — no hidden charges.
Which WordPress themes and page builders do you work with?
