I will set up your circle community with onboarding and automations

About this gig
Most communities do not fail because nobody joins. They fail because nobody knows what to do after joining.
I run a community platform of around 300 members: channels, roles, tags, automations and the membership journey that decides who gets in, how, and what is expected of them at each stage. When the platform changed hands, the new team ran it from a document, not from my memory.
WHAT I SET UP
Channel and role structure that matches how your members actually behave.
A membership journey: application, welcome, first week, active member, contributor.
Onboarding flows, profile fields and tags that make members findable.
Automations for welcome messages, inactivity and recurring rituals.
A measurement sheet: what to count weekly, and what to ignore.
WHAT YOU GET
A working space your members can enter today, and a written operating guide so the community does not depend on one person, including you.
WHAT I NEED
Who your community is for, what you want members to do, and access to your platform. I work with Circle; for Discord or Slack, message me first.
Tell me what your members should do in their first week and we design backwards from there.

FAQ
Do you only work with Circle?
Circle is where I have the deepest experience. Discord and Slack are possible; ask before you order.
Do I need a paid Circle plan?
Yes, the platform subscription is yours. I work inside your account with admin access.
Can you move an existing community?
Yes. That is the inventory work: what exists today, what is dead, and what moves across.
How do I keep it alive after you leave?
That is what the operating guide and the weekly measurement sheet are for.
