Q1: Do I need my product catalogue already in Odoo?
A1: Yes, the agent reads from Odoo, so products, stock, and prices need to be in there. If you're using Odoo 16 or later with standard product catalogue setup, we're good to go.
Q2: Will it work with WhatsApp Business API?
A2: Yes. I build against Meta Cloud API directly or Twilio WhatsApp. If you don't have a business number yet, I'll walk you through the setup.
Q3: What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?
A3: It escalates to a human. It never invents a stock level, price, or product. If no product matches the customer's query, the agent replies that a team member will follow up and logs it for your team.
Q4: Can it handle multiple languages?
A4: Yes, Google Gemini handles most languages out of the box, including Arabic, Urdu, and English. Tell me which languages you need before ordering and I'll confirm coverage.
