About this gig

What it did?:

  • Asks them for a feedback
  • An LLM integrated deciding wheather the feedback was compliment, complain or recommendation
  • Maintain sheet(each for specific feedback)
  • Email response(automated)


It proved to be so successful for the business that they were able to manage tasks so efficiently that they manage to get a vast amount of data from there customers and improve themselves without wasting there time on useless repititive tasks.
