1. What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need your WordPress/hosting access, website content (text and images), logo/branding, required pages and features, and any reference websites or designs you like. If you don’t have everything ready yet, feel free to message me and I’ll guide you through what’s needed.
2. Can you redesign or rebuild my existing WordPress website?
Yes. I can redesign, rebuild, or revamp your existing WordPress website with a modern look, improved responsiveness, better structure, and an enhanced user experience while keeping your business requirements in mind.
3. Can you build a website from Figma or a reference website?
Yes. I can convert your Figma design into a responsive WordPress website or use a reference website as inspiration. I won’t directly copy copyrighted content or branding, but I can create a similar layout and functionality tailored to your business.
4. Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
Yes. Your website will be designed to work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. I also test the layout on different screen sizes before delivery.
5. Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. I build websites with user-friendly tools such as Elementor Pro, Gutenberg, or other suitable WordPress solutions, so you can update text, images, and basic content yourself after delivery.
6. Do I need domain and hosting before we start?
No. If your domain or hosting isn’t ready yet, we can still get started. I can develop your website on my staging server while you arrange your domain and hosting. Once everything is ready, I’ll migrate the completed website to your hosting. Domain and hosting costs are not included in the package
7. Can you build WooCommerce or e-commerce websites?
Yes. I can build WooCommerce stores with products, shopping cart, checkout, payment gateway integration, and other required functionality. Please contact me before ordering an e-commerce project so I can review the requirements and scope.
8. Do you provide Elementor Pro or premium plugins?
If a premium plugin or license is required for your project, please contact me before ordering. I’ll let you know what is needed and whether you’ll need to purchase a license for ongoing updates and support.
9. Do you provide support after the website is delivered?
Yes. I provide reasonable after-delivery support for issues related to the work completed as part of your order. New features, additional pages, or changes outside the original scope may require a separate order.
10. Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, especially for redesigns, e-commerce websites, booking systems, custom functionality, or larger projects. Send me your requirements first so I can review the scope, recommend the right package, and make sure we’re aligned before starting.
