As your tech cofounder, CTO, ad-hoc CTO, remote CTO, virtual CTO, interim CTO, temp CTO, or fractional CTO, I will be responsible for the:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop tech strategy and product roadmap
• Gather and analyze requirements and specifications
• Define and prioritize technical features and functionalities

Innovation, Research and Development:

• Keep updated on tech trends
• Create prototypes and launch MVPs

Technical Expertise:

• Manage technical debt
• Architect and design software systems
• Develop software, web, and mobile apps

Security and Infrastructure:

• Secure and protect technology infrastructure

Project Management:

• Estimate and track development progress
• Manage resources and oversee tech progress

Team Management:

• Build manage, and lead the team
• Create a culture of innovation and continuous learning

CI/CD:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate testing, integration, and deployment processes

Cloud:

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services
• Optimize cloud resources for scalability and cost-efficiency

Stakeholder Relations:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Communicate with non-technical audiences and business partners
