I am ready to purchase! What do I need to get started?
You would need a domain name and a hosting account (if you don't have these I will assist you).I will also need your logo, names & no. of pages, a few sentences about your website/company, e mail address to configure forms.
What if I don't have any content (text + images) ready for my website or pages?
To avoid any inconvenience, I must say that I'm not a content writer. Well, if you don't have content now, that isn't a problem. I will provide you with demo content so that you would be able to replace that with your own content in the future.
Will I be able to edit my website easily?
Your website will be fully editable! You will be able to very easily add text & images to all pages with a click! You will be able to edit ecommerce products, their images, descriptions & prices and add unlimited pages and posts too. No programming skills required! :)
Do you provide hosting/domain name registration?
No, I do not provide hosting/domain name reigstration. In order to have full control over the website, it is highly recommended that you purchase these yourself in your name.
Do you offer support after the website is completed?
Absolutely! I offer 15-30 days of free post-delivery support, depending upon the package you buy, to assist with any minor changes, guidance, or questions you may have. You're never left alone after delivery.
What if I don’t provide domain and hosting details?
No problem! I’ll build your website on my temporary domain and hosting. Once completed, I’ll provide you with a full backup file that you can upload to your own hosting whenever you're ready.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final result?
Client satisfaction is my top priority. I’ll work closely with you and revise the design until you’re completely happy. If, after all efforts, you're still not satisfied, I offer a full money-back guarantee
Can I have your e mail/contact/skypedetails so we can communicate easily?
Sorry, this is totally against Fiverr TOS! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr TOS.
