I'll build an employee onboarding system in your Notion workspace, with clear responsibilities, due dates, training steps and completion checks.

This package covers:
One employee role and up to 20 onboarding steps
Three connected databases and three manager or employee views
Five SOP/reference pages using your existing content
One discovery session and a handoff walkthrough
One consolidated revision
You own the workspace and receive instructions for running it. Delivery is 14 days after complete requirements, with seven days of fixes for defects in the agreed setup after handoff.
External integrations, new training content, HR policies, bulk data cleanup and ongoing administration are not included. Any Notion subscription is separate.

What do you need from me?
The employee role, your existing onboarding checklist and training materials, and the name of the person who will approve the setup. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm that your needs fit the package.
Will you build this in my Notion account?
Yes. You own the workspace and any required subscription. Invite me with only the access needed for the project; do not send passwords. If you already use Notion, we'll agree on a separate build area so existing operations aren't disrupted.
Do you write the training content or HR policies?
This package organizes your existing content into up to 20 onboarding steps and five SOP/reference pages for one role. Creating a new training curriculum or writing HR, legal or compliance policies is not included.
Can you connect it to our other software?
External integrations, APIs and automated messages are not included. We can review a specific connection and agree on a separate scope before any additional work begins.
What is included in the revision and support?
One consolidated revision to the agreed fields, views and checklist wording is included. You also receive seven days of fixes for defects in the delivered setup. Additional roles, workflows or changes to the original requirements are separate work.
How will we know the system is ready?
We'll test that a manager can add a trainee, assign the onboarding steps, identify late or blocked work and verify completion. You'll receive a walkthrough and written instructions so your team can use the system without ongoing administration from me.
