Can I make custom 3D molds and models for manufacturing?
Yes, I offer detailed 3D design for 3D printing as well as mold design for composite manufacturing. Whether you are manufacturing a VTOL or a drone, I will provide ready to manufacture designs.
Can you design Hybrid VTOLs or Multirotors?
Yes. My portfolio includes designing and manufacturing Hybrid VTOL Quad Planes and Hexacopters. I understand the complex transition aerodynamics and structural requirements for VTOL aircraft.
What is included in the Basic Package?
The Basic package is for the Conceptual Phase. I will help you define the mission profile, calculate the estimated Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW), select appropriate airfoils, and provide a basic 3D concept shape. It does not include detailed internal structures or manufacturing files.
Do you provide Avionics and Propulsion selection?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages, I calculate the required thrust-to-weight ratio and recommend specific motors, ESCs, batteries, and propellers (e.g., T-Motor, Hobbywing) to ensure your aircraft meets its flight time goals.
o you validate the flight stability?
Yes. For fixed-wing aircraft, I perform longitudinal and lateral stability analysis using XFLR5 or ANSYS to ensure the Center of Gravity (CG) and Neutral Point are correctly positioned before you build.
Can we have a meeting on Zoom to discuss the detailed requirements?
